Super serivice

We called Kelley Brothers in need of service when the company that had serviced us in the past did not respond. They came out the next day and serviced our backup generator. Ryan the technician was very professional and checked things at service that the other company NEVER did. We are thankful to your company and you now have a new customer for life!!!

The dealer did a fantastic job

The workers were prompt. They went to work right away. They answered all of my questions. The work looked good. Assured me if i had any problems they would take care of it. Had their mask on and gave me respect.

Great People

We couldn't have asked for better installers than Kelley Brothers. The three (3) young men who installed our Generac were polite, efficient, caring to our needs & great on the clean-up. We had some rough weather the day of installation, and they were real dedicated to getting the job done. Would have gone 10 stars if provided.

Dealer and Office Staff are AWESOME

Sales rep is Dave who was responsive and patient as I did my due diligence and when I was ready he worked with me. On the day of install, crew was early (even in the rain) professional, efficient and most importantly cleaned up when they were finish. I had some follow up questions so I stopped by the office and the ladies were more than awesome and worked to ensure my issues regarding my warranty were resolved before I left the building by contacting Generac themselves. I would recommend.

repair service

repairman was on time and professional, however, he was here to diag electrical repair on existing generator, said xfer box was good, but found it not wired to service box. I called 2 other companies out for quotes as Kelley never gave a quote to reconnect service. both companies said xfer box was no good as had line power in but not out. hope they can install a new unit better than repair an existing unit. was told by office girl their techs have extensive training and schooling and they stand by their techs. I paid 200 for this misdiag but glad they stand by their guy

Great Choice!

A generator is a big investment, so we wanted to be very thoughtful and thorough in making our purchasing decision. We are very pleased with our choice! Kelley Brothers was punctual, professional and friendly. I really do feel that we hired the area's best and I know we were working with experts. Great experience and reliable generator!
