A team of 2 Electricians arrived promptly at our home to complete a work order of 4 items. After a brief walk through, they went to work and finished in 3 hours. Other then having to wait 5 months for the generator to be shipped the dealers work was very professional and timely. I was home while they were installing it and they were very helpful with the questions I was asking.

Found Keeler Electric through a neighbor that had Generac Generator installed by them. Nice binder with all information regarding his generator and contact information neatly packed together. Contacted Keeler, came out within a week of my phone call and had my estimate promptly. There is a back up on generator deliveries, Keeler kept me posted through emails/phone calls with shipping updates. Promptly installed once generator shipped. I purchased a 24k generator, have a 200 amp service with a 100 amp sub panel , Keeler let me know expectations of what generator can handle, first loss of power, generator performed as discussed, knowledge of sizing generator was key for our project. Keeler also offered many options using propane purchase/rentals for our tanks, I had to make one phone call on a Sunday, left a message to call me Monday and Keeler called me that Sunday, 20 minutes after I left message. Customer service is a priority with Keeler, my sister and mother in law also purchased generators through Keeler based off my experience. Very satisfied, improved home value, we live in non- populated area, lose power 8-10 times a year, sometimes for days, best investment for us and our home moving forward, Peace of mind finally. We did have a 5000 watt portable generator, with a transfer switch, start, plug in and run, problem was my wife couldn\u2019t pull start generator, I was limited to what I could run. Now generator does a 5 minute weekly test run and it\u2019s the most humbling sound to here.Would recommend Keeler for Generator install again, they made process painless.
