Very dependable and knowledgeable!

Emil has installed two generators for me over the years. I had a generator at my last home and I had one installed at my new home this past year. Emil took care of every detail of the projects. KDE Electrics customer service is top notch! They always provide the regular maintenance for the unit and go above and beyond! A couple years ago when the electricity at my last home went out, on a very cold night I might add, the generator did not come on. I called Emil and he came out at 9pm to see what the problem was. I lived in Elkton and he was in New Market. The battery to the generator had died. He was able to install a temporary one until he had a new one to install. To me, that speaks volumes for his customer service and that's why I chose KDE Electric to install the generator at my new home! This is a company you can trust!

We selected KDE for their competitive pricing, but moreover for the depth of their detailed technical solutions and options, and their thoughtful services and overall customer experience during the proposal phase. KDE not only ensured a superior installation experience, they earned customer trust through their daily customer focused actions backed by the solid management and technical expertise of the owner who is an operating Electrical Engineering. There were some minor challenges that always occur, but each were not only resolved efficiently but resulted in improvements that ultimately reduced some cost elements and added other, while delivering more value than originally promised. KDE's overall smart adaptive approach resulted in a highly professional installation. The resulting system surpasses the performance promised and adapts to my future solar system installation and will reduce some future cost elements. We have had normal power outages and recently had a major storm and are amazed at how fast our Generac backup system responds and maintains power to our home. We were new to the whole idea of a Generac Generator. We purchased it and KDE took over from there. It was very reassuring to have some one with both knowledge & know-how to do everything for us.
