KAY GENERATOR COMPANY LLC

Generator was installed a year ago and have had nothing but problems with it. First one was generator ran for a day and shut off due to a dead battery. Second is I keep getting a red out of service light with code 2099. Stating a wiring problem. I had another Generac dealer come and take a look at the generator. Both time it was the dealer installed the wiring incorrectly and also did not put the proper size fuel line in.

I purchases my Generac 1 year ago and recently had a power outage, it turned on but did not provide any power. The original installer could not diagnose the problem. Generac suggested I call a local authorized dealer, D. Kay. Although D. Kay did not install my generator, they came over and quickly and professionally found the problem, a loose wire in one of the junction boxes. They offered a one year service contract and even offered to include todays service call as part of the contract, to which I agreed. Companies like this are hard to find, anyone interested in installing or servicing their generator, you will not find a better company than D. Kay. Very professional, highly skilled, reasonable and courteous. I highly recommend them

I randomly called several companies in my area to sign up for annual service. This dealer did not install my generator and when I called him with a problem, he immediately knew the fix, and walked me thru it on the phone...and I have no service comtract with him!! He will have my signed contract shortly.

I contracted with D. Kay electric. they service my generator every year. They also installed the winter kit on my system. They are easy to get in touch with. They are very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them.
