Disappointing maintenance
We purchased the maintenance plan from Kastner and continue having problems each time the power goes out. Kastner is responsive to fix the problem but then charges a ridiculous fee to fix a problem that should not have happened under the maintenance plan

They not that good
I made and appointment to get my 16kw serviced after making the appointment they didn't show up and call me later and wanted to make it for the next day I told them never mind and did it myself.

Very Unresponsive
All I wanted was a quote and I couldn't even get a call back after speaking to 2 different people. I guess they don't need the business....

20 KW Generator Purchase
Excellent service. Gave me the best price. They order the machine, all work was done in one day. Got a service contract. Extraordinary workmanship.

I didnt get called back after calling 3 times.
I have a 18kw generac generator that quit running. I called Kastner and spoke with a female twice and a male once. They said they would pass the info and I would get a call back from the repairman. I never got a call. Guess they are too busy to work on generators.
