Mine was not sensing electrical power on the meter and was continually running. Karriker didn't have to figure out what to do shuffling thorough manuals, they knew what to do and started troubleshooting, found the issue and repaired it.

Originally contacted company from Concord came out and charged me $300 to look at the unit and say it was to old to repair, no parts available. I then contacted Karriker and they came out looked at the unit, looked up the parts while there, gave me a price, ordered parts and came back to make the repairs. Unit is running and transferring fine now. Great guys and service company.

Called them out after I was told my older unit was non repairable. They jumped right on it. Installed necessary parts, tested the unit and transfer switch. Works like it did when new. Saved thousands by not having to buy new generator. Technicians surely know Generac generators.

Other company gave up on repair, could not figure it our. KES technicians recognized the issue after diagnoses on first stop, had part on truck and repaired same day. Nice guys.

Mr. Karriker did a great job fixing my Generac unit. I was told by another dealer it was not fixable but wanted a second opinion. He came over at the time specified and said, I can fix this, you definitely do not need a new unit and changed out two parts and it has worked perfectly ever since. He is very trustworthy which is what I want in someone working at my house.

I made a cold call to them, after an error code and rough motor run. They came right away, very professional appearance and manner; diagnosed the problem and explained all; repaired and did the annual check out and maintenance; all final tests and took about an hour. So pleased, that I have set them on an annual maintenance deal for the same date each year.

My friend used this company when she wanted to add a generator. Steve and his crew were great. The helped with all the coordinating services, i.e., the gas company, running the gas line to the generator, etc. He explained operations to me and my son. Honest. Trust worthy. Highly recommend.

I contacted this dealer from the Generac web site. He came out and gave an estimate. Once all the details were worked out. I had it installed. He was very knowledgeable of the installation and assisted in all communications with the gas provider. I am very happy with the cost of the installation and explanation of it's service. I recommend them to everyone in my area.

Generator did not start when power out. Got name from Generac for service. They came same day. Found problem, told me the cost and made the repairs on the same day. Set up a maintenance plan with them.

Technician showed up after other company had been there and did not fix the problem. The technician evaluated the problem and recommended a repair, quoted a price and fixed the problem in the same trip.
