The BEST in NC for Genera
Just had Mr Kanoy on the phone regarding service work on my new Generac unit. He came out right away and spent over 30 minutes, guiding me through the application for my phone, as well as a "look over" of our unit. Thankfully he came out when he did, since our incompetent contractor failed to switch the unit from natural gas to propane. He found that issue and saved us a potential disaster of a bill for replacement. He found a lot of minor issues, which he immediately remedied. His knowledge of the product, codes and gas/electric were outstanding to say the least. This gentleman is as "old school" as you can get! He does professional work, meets with a handshake and his business card. We are a customer for life! Thank you David!
