Sadly, I was very disappointed with their customer service. They just did not follow through with service dates. They gave me installation dates weeks in advance, and then just did not show up. Then, when I called, I would get answering machine pick-ups during regular business hours, and often there were no call backs. I am now waiting to get my nearly $6,000 deposit. I even had to call Generac to call on my behalf.I think that potential buyers may wish to avoid this installer.

Generator install

The entire team at Hanrahan did a great job when it came to my generator install. There was constant communication, competitive pricing and best of all they had everything in stock, when many other places don\u2019t, and got the job done quickly and without any trouble. Highly recommended

Can not say enough about how great K. Hanrahan & their team was in my Generac Generator install. Despite a trip, going from a propane install to my change of direction to a New Natural Gas fuel install, they were flawless every step of the way. Note the change of fuel had nothing to do with K. Hanrahan. John (customer sales) & Kevin (Company Owner) were available & reachable 24/7 multiple times in getting necessary town permits & having their team of highly regarded master electricians & plumbers install my generator. So do yourself a favor & use this company\u2026 you will not be sorry.

This company is one of the best I have used.The owner came as promised. Was knowledgeable and had the product I needed in stock. The Generac Generator was installed within a week of signing our agreement.Totally happy with this company. I recommend it to anyone within their service area.

Kevin and his team exceeded my expectations when installing our home generator. When I contacted his company for an initial quote, I heard back from him almost immediately and met with him a day or two later. Within a few short days of contacting him, I had a complete and clear estimate and was able to schedule the install for a date in the near future as he had my generator in stock! On the day of the install, his team was professional, clean, and respectful. The install was completed without any issues or surprises. I would recommend Kevin and his team to anyone!

Very happy with my decision

I filled out an inquiry form on the Generac website. K. Hanrahan was one of the vendors listed in my area. I looked at their website and found out they are the largest Generac dealer and their credentials were very impressive. I made an appointment and Kevin came to the house and detailed the cost and process of the installation. Never once did he apply any pressure. I was very impressed with him and decided to use his company. Very rarely does a company perform as well as their reputation. In K. Hanrahan's case, they performed well above expectations. The installation was done flawlessly and in less time they had anticipated. Kevin took the time to review all functions of the generator and the maintenance procedures. Bottom line is that I am thrilled that I used them and would not hesitate recommending them to anybody considering a new generator.
