Outstanding!

I brought my Generac Generator to KC for warranty service after the local shop told me I would have to wait a week. They fixed my problem within minutes right in the back of my truck while I waited despite being very busy. Chris then helped me remove the Generator to be sure it started. When it didn't, he took it into the shop and checked a number of things and got it working. Chris was great - professional, helpful and friendly. He advised how to avoid future problems. I will go to KC for all my needs.

When I showed up at kc I met Marty me and him talked about my generator that was "SEIZED." I say in quotations because I had it at another shop and they told me it needed a motor it would be 400 dollars because the engine was seized so I went and got a second opionion. Anyway Marty pointed me to Chris. Chris looked at my generator for 3 min and told me the engine was hydro locked. 2 min later he had it running I was astonished. He told me he could clean out the carburator while I waited needles to say after 30 min he told me the generator was ready he even checked the output.. so much for a new motor I highly recommend bringing your generator to Chris he saved my wallet

My experience with KC started off over the phone with Marty. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful, explained everything thoroughly. Then I met Chris, Ken and the rest of the staff, I can’t say enough about these guys. They bring back the “MOM and POP” to small business. Not only did they meet my expectations they went above and beyond. After dropping my unit off they indicated that they would have it back end of the week. I thought that was reasonable, however, that night I received a call back and they had fixed it and was ready for pick up. I will continue to recommend KC services and continue to patronize KC.
