Disappointing Experience with Generator Inquiry

I recently reached out to inquire about a generator for my home and was left utterly disappointed by the lack of knowledge and professionalism displayed by the staff member who answered my call.

Crew was very helpful and friendly. Even though the generator needed a replacement part, it was fixed in a short period of time. The generator has actually come on 2 times with a minute blackout each time. I feel confident I will not be w/o electricity for hours as I was in 2021. Thank you, K. & B. Energy!

Outstanding service from K&B Energy

Scott and his crew came out on a cold day in February and did a great job of installing our full house generator. They answered all of my dumb questions and were first class in doing so.Would highly recommend K&B Energy to anyone!

Terrible service

Installed backup generator in 2017 and crew was awesome. First couple years of service was great. Service technician (which was extremely incompetent) came last year to do routine service and adjust valves on motor. Mysteriously 2 months later, the motor needed to be replaced. Took a month to get new motor. Service lite came on this month and called their supposedly 24/7 service number. Left message on 2/5/2022. Left another message on 2/7/2022. Finally received a call late morning on 2/8/2022 with not even a "so sorry" for the delay in calling. On 2/8/2022, we called another company. They came out the morning of 2/9/2022 and took care of us. Sorry K & B but you just lost a customer for your poor customer service.

Delivered everything as quoted including additional items that were not in the quote- No additional charge. Installers explained everything. They scheduled all inspections.

K & B was incredible

Scott the electrician was incredible. He was here at exactly 9 a.m. which he stated he would and he was outside in 19 degree weather. He only came in once to get warm but did not stop or take a lunch. I couldn't believe it. He duplicated my entire electricity box and got it up and running in no time. The Generac is a lot quieter then I thought. If you ever heard a regular generator that runs on gas you will know what I mean. Don't look any further you just found an awesome company.
