Disappointing Experience with Generator Inquiry

I recently reached out to inquire about a generator for my home and was left utterly disappointed by the lack of knowledge and professionalism displayed by the staff member who answered my call. To start, the staff member was unable to provide any helpful information about the generator's features or specifications. Their lack of understanding extended to the most basic aspects, such as gas consumption, which is crucial for a potential customer to know. In addition, I was given a vague and unhelpful price range with a staggering $2,000 variance, which made it impossible for me to make an informed decision about purchasing the generator. This experience left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I expected a certain level of expertise and professionalism from a company selling such a significant investment, but unfortunately, that was not the case during this interaction. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and invests in better training for their staff members to ensure that future customers receive accurate information and exceptional service.

Excellent!

Crew was very helpful and friendly. Even though the generator needed a replacement part, it was fixed in a short period of time. The generator has actually come on 2 times with a minute blackout each time. I feel confident I will not be w/o electricity for hours as I was in 2021. Thank you, K. & B. Energy! Bonnie
