Joke all a joke
I had EPS for two years until they were bought out by JSP. My generator was working for two years since it's been installed. Never had an outage, thank God, but it always exercised on time every week. I had a yearly service contract set up. I was told they were coming out to fix it. And the very next week when it did an exercise, it came up with voltage issues. Shut down and now it won't start. And was told they couldn't give me a set time to come out but it will be the next day. So I took the day off, just for them to call me back and say that they can't make it. Unprofessional!! they also did this when I had my servicing. Couldn't schedule a time.. I miss my other service provider. Not to mention they won't honor my service contract.
