Jp's Generator Services

Great local service!

We have been dealing with another local company for months to get service. A rep has been here with no success and has given us about 6 appt days and has not shown up and no call. We called JPS Generator Service and Jim was at our house within 2 hours. He spent time with the diagnostic and stated he would be back the next day which he was! Jim is knowledgeable, punctual, friendly and a great repairman. We will continue to use his service. We give him 5 stars!

Fixed error code

Came out quickly and fixed the error code and then did yearly service while here. Thanks.

Just The Best!

This is the first time that I’ve ever been happy to have a generator “glitch” and meet a new technician! Jim proved to be just the BEST in every way: knowledgeable, personable and adept at identifying problem areas. Plus, he’s just an all-around pleasant guy to deal with. You can be confident that you have a talented technician repairing your generator. He was well-prepared with parts to fix several issues and was able to order others to remedy identified problems. Jim was extremely thorough, so I felt very confident when he was done that my generator was running in tip-top shape again. His attention to cost effectiveness, to the benefit of the client, was impressive and appreciated. Choose JP’s for your generator service needs. You’ll be very glad you did!
