Great customer service

Jordan Power Plus provided great customer service. We had manufacturer issues with a non-Generac generator. With a big snow storm coming and being completely off grid my anxiety level was high. Mark, the owner, came through by installing a Generac generator on Saturday doing all the work by himself. He even called the next week to see how things were going. Now that is what I call great customer service A+!

Prompt and professional from start of first visit to estimated job explanations of services to be provided in replacing my driveway gate. And to the finished installation which was completed earlier than scheduled. The installation and admin service staff was always accessible and in regular contact with me throughout. Install was speedy and professionally performed. These people know their stuff and are so accommodating and personable. Pleasure was all mine. Thank-you!

Post Installation Report

First let me say that the Jordan Power team was professional, easy to deal with and honored every commitment they made to us. Having said that, several nights ago we got our first real world test experience. The power to our residence went out at approximately 8:30PM. The smart switch immediately saw the power loss and engaged promptly powering our 4,000 SF home for the entire two hours we were down. When power was restored by Pacific Power the system disengaged and we were back to normal. Every representation Jordan Power made to us was met quickly and far exceeded our expectations. Good job and thank you very much.

I needed annual service for my 38kw Generac. Jordan Power Plus responded in a very friendly and timely manner. They scheduled my service in conjunction with others in the area to minimize travel charges. They arrived at the scheduled time and did a very professional job.
