No confidence in dealer

Dealer showed up at my home for initial contact; explained exactly what he would do. Said he would get back to me with quote. Have not heard from him since, nor have I been able to get in touch with him. Called his number several times and got message "telephone mailbox is full". Have no confidence in this dealer. Don't know what happened.

Since my new generator was installed by(someone else) I consistently had problems.. I contacted Mike! and he fixed ALL the problems promptly.. loyalty is hard to find these days,.. he's a winner folks.
