Jolma Electric LLC

Never called, no contact, doesn't return phone calls

I waited 2 months for a Generac dealer, in this case, Jolma Electric, to contact me for a quote. I was assured by Generac that someone would be contacting me form Jolma. I even called Jolma a few times and left voicemails requesting contact regarding installation, nobody ever called. I even escalated to Generac support, who also never bothered to get back to me. I've since been shopping around with competitors, and found that a certain un-named competitor responded within a day and scheduled my backup generator install right away. My advice, Generac generators seem to be the best, but the hassle of being told to wait for something that will never happen is so frustrating, that you are far better off using a competitor. Avoid Jolma Electric at all costs. And to Generac, placing the success of your business with third parties who have no vested interest in the success of your company is how you end up with customers being happy with your competition. I advise you to reconsider your installer relationships, in particular, Jolma. And to Jolma, you don't want to install their product, then say so. Nothing wrong with saying no, but lots of things wrong with your refusal to even reply. People, go somewhere else for your backup generator needs.
