Excellent Experience Installing a Generator

Our experience began with a home visit by Bob to learn our needs and determine what we we looking for. He ended up proposing a whole house generator that would meet our needs and we accepted. About 2 weeks later, prep work began and the generator was delivered. Getting the propane connected was a chore that added several days to the project. On Install Day, Bob managed the electricians installing and wiring the transfer switch and the guys completing the generator connections. When the installation was complete, Bob worked with my wife and I to test the system and learn all the features and operations of the generator.An excellent experience.

Had a 22kw generator installed in Nov, 2014. Installation crew was great to work with. Completed job on time. No problems with generator one year later. Had problem with remote monitor soon after installation. Dealer replaced promptly at no cost to me. Dealer just returned to do annual service as scheduled. Dealer is easy to contact and is very responsive.
