Great service guy. Quick to respond and prompt service.

A man and company with integrity!

Here is a guy and company with integrity! I had an issue with my 13 year old 7kwm Gaurdian Generac not wanting to start recently. I’m pretty handy so I did the usual of checking the battery, checking the oil and changing the spark plug. Unfortunately it still wouldn’t start. I called John at Vozzy generator to see if they could come check things out. I told John how my generator worked like a champ just the week previously during our bad storm and that it had run for 30 hours straight without any trouble. John knew exactly what the trouble was before doing any service call. I was able to verify and rectify what John had suspected and my Generac was running once again within 60 minutes. John could have charged me a service call or even told me I needed a new generator, he did not. When it is time to upgrade my Generator I will be using John and Vozzy Generator. Thank you John!

John and his team recently installed a home generator for me and they did a great job. They were prompt, courteous and professional. The installation went very smooth and John kept me updated throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend John Vozzy to anyone looking to have a residential generator installed!

Perfect Customer Service!

Whenever I have trouble with or a concern about my generator, it's a relief to know John is just a phone call away. On more than one occasion John's knowledge and directions allowed me to get back up running. The first was directly after installation when the generator would not start and there was no one around with an answer. He did within a couple minutes. It sure was a lucky that first day when I chose to dial his number. I didn't buy the generator from John, but he treats me as if I did. This type of customer service is worth it's weight in gold.

Friendly, Knowledgeable, Professional Installation

Vozzy responded very quickly on my request for quote and was very thorough on how the system worked, why he suggested the unit size for our house and best location for installation. Installation was very professional, clean working environment and team was well coordinated during installation. When complete John went over the system with us , ran through a simulated outage and all went very well. Would highly recommend John Vozzy for your generator needs!!
