Highly recommend! Our generator was installed by a different company. When it stopped working, that company completely ignored all requests for service. I reached out to JM Engineering and received a timely response and excellent service. They identified the exact issues with our generator and did a great job.We are now using JM Engineering exclusively and will never (ever) go back to the other company.

It is unfortunate I have to write this review. We used JM engineering for our yearly generator service. They came out when they said they would and seemed to have done a good job. Then we noticed our generator didn't cycle the next week and looked on the app and it hadn't cycled. So I went out to check if something happened that was easy enough for me to fix. Come to find out they had locked the generator lid(previously it was unlocked) and I couldn't find the keys. So I contacted JM and explained the situation and they said, sure I have a spare set of keys and the tech was new, so the main guy Jay would come out and verify everything and give me the spare set of keys... Awesome customer service I thought. Got the keys and he checked the generator and his guys had moved it from a weekly cycle to a every other week cycle. They hadn't told me but wasn't concerned as they assured me twice a month is plenty. told 2 of my neighbors how great they were and that they should use JM for their yearly service... and then.. I got a bill. Not for the yearly service but to come out and verify the cycle was set right and for the spare set of keys. Granted it was only $108 but it was still $108. I emailed them and said hey, you guys changed the cycle and didn't tell me and you guys locked the lid and didn't tell me, so he says, oh sorry about that I'll only charge you half... Wow. Needless to say, all recommendations have been revoked and I will be searching for a new company to do my yearly service and any other service I ever need. Once so promising, yet ended in utter disappointment. And for inquiring minds, yes I am still sending the check for half even though I shouldn't, but would never want my character called into question, something JM doesn't seem to care much about, or customer satisfaction.

JM Engineering is a very responsive and professional company. They are proactive and very patient with any questions. I feel their techs are confident experts. Very happy with them.

They did a great inspection, and explained everything well.

We had a Generac 18kw home stby generator installed and the JM Engineering team did an outstanding job, without charging ridiculous prices. Other authorized dealers seem to be doing that, given the labor shortage of electricians in the area.

I requested a valve check/adjustment after the 25 hr initial cycle. The tech was very knowledgeable and offered great tips regarding my generator operation. Really appreciated the knowledge and his insights.

The service technician was very knowledgeable of the backup generator system we have.
