Don't be fooled by the quick response when wanting to buy a generator, the sale and install went great, but the promised service won't happen. Won't return calls, looking for another provider for maintenance.I too wanted to help local company, well see how that worked out........

Needs to learn customer service after the sale

We chose JM because they were a local small business. We expressed that we would have many questions in the future and expected that our calls would be returned. The first 6 months were great. After that we left messages and calls were not returned. The last time, after leaving 1 -2 messages per day, after a week we finally received an email. The email came too late as we found another dealer to work with. It shouldn't take 3 months to set up a maintenance service call. Our new service person responded in 24 hours and set up the service appointment for 5 days later.

Josh great guy understood my problem. He came and repair the mistakes from the first contractor that I had. Got my system up to code which hadn't been done by prior contractor. Again great guy great workmanship!!
