Jk Engine & Generator LLC

Not a good experiance

Jim came out and he was a nice guy .I had him come out and do my first tune up on my unit thats less than a year old. During the storm the unit shut off and I had to fiddle with the spark plug wire that was loose to get it to start. After the storm I had an 1100 error code that said multiple start up failure ....So I called JK and he would not get back to me after three tries over a few weeks then finally he said he cant service me and to go some where else!! So I went to Generator Supercenter of Sarasota and they sent out a guy that said the unit was a litlle over filled with oil and that the spark plug wasnt the correct spark plug,It was why the motor wasnt working. He replaced it and the generator fired up, I paid JK $309.23 to service my unit and the spark plug caused me a failure.plus I have to pay Generator Supercenter of Sarasota a service fee for the fix on the Generac. BAD deal... If he used Generac plugs and they were defective Generac should pay.Jk was a recommended service provider by Generac...
