Despite COVID and the resulting supply chain issues, John found a 22kw Generac generator for our home. Once onsite, the unit was running in under 2 weeks. He said we would have it by the weekend. It was running Thursday night. John under bid our local installer by $2,200 on a turn-key system. With the local guy, I had to find someone else to do run the gas line at my expense. John was easy to work from the initial meeting, to the completion of the job. The final cost was as quoted. No add-ons. I have no problem recommending John Eisenhauer at J&J Generator to friends and family.

All materials were ordered and in possession prior to work beginning. Work was all done within one day's time. Final product was neat from transfer box to all wiring and connections to generator.Instructions on set up and the "how to's" the generator would function were clearly explaine . Set up was complete and a trial start up was completed before John left.We are extremely pleased with the whole process and the knowledge Jogn had in the generac generator.Much to our surprise we had a power outage the very next day within our area, and all things worked perfectly without any glitches whatsoever. We highlyrecommend this company and particularly this installer.
