Jim St.catherine Elect Contract LLC

Poor response

Called have him come out for a alert on a whole house generator. Stated the battery need to be checked. Also asked if he could check the rpm’s to see if it was set too high as the generator is awfully loud. Stated he usually does the maintenance checks in the summertime. Told me to call other service electricians and if no one responded to call him back. Mmmmm nope. Never calling back. I don’t know if this electrician only responds to larger dollar amount calls or because it was a female asking questions he did not want to answer. Appeared lazy and it like pulling teeth to get answers.
