Josh is an outstanding electrician who is prompt, expert on generac products, friendly, and expedient with the diagnosis and repair.He also takes ample time to explain to the customer the problem at hand and the steps required to repair a Generac generator.If he can't get there right away, he is worth waiting for. Knows what service is about

Just in stalled new Generac (not with this company) and had an issue on start up. Called Josh and he came out the same day on time when he said he would be out and resolved problem quickly but took the time to explain everything and even simulated a power failure to make sure everything worked. young guy with old timer values.
