expensive & wants to sell uneeded service
They were good at fixing problem and then charged when they had to come back to deal with what looked like the same issue. also tried to push expensive service contract with explanation that it would also get better service during emergencies since we would be a contract customer.

Excellent, professional installation and service
Everyone involved in the installation was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and cleaned up after themselves. All of the paperwork and permits were obtained promptly and efficiently. They provided expert advice and suggestions regarding the installation. They always do their best to accommodate any request. I am happy to recommend them to family and friends.

Knowledgeable, professional

Excellent dealer
They were prompt with their estimate for the job...they got most of the paperwork taken care of quickly and easily - not an easy task with some local village inspectors....they always arrived on time and never inconvenienced us. They completed the job efficiently

Pleasant Surprise
Every workman that was involved (electricians team, plumber\u2019s team, landscapers, supervisors) was courteous, attentive, and focused at the job at hand. Everything was done tidy and neat, and there was no time wasted and no trails left behind. From Jhacs' stand point, I had no "surprises" - there were no hidden costs or extra work involved, and everything was done as agreed upon. All the paperwork and approvals were in place and the meter upgrade, inspection, and final permit were all arranged.
