Terrible customer service and they never show up. not good

Has expertise but Too Expensive

Insists on having a credit card upfront before dispatching crew. Atrocious crew cost. $175/hour for Technician. $60/hour for assistant. 'A 2hour diagnosis will cost $500. Billed to your credit card without prior authorization. You will need to sign a invoice without the charged amount. Do not give your credit card information without knowing the charges.

Dennis is an outstanding technician.

Morhman electric has always provided me with excellent service. Dennis keeps my generator up and running.

expensive & wants to sell uneeded service

They were good at fixing problem and then charged when they had to come back to deal with what looked like the same issue. also tried to push expensive service contract with explanation that it would also get better service during emergencies since we would be a contract customer.

Excellent, professional installation and service

Everyone involved in the installation was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and cleaned up after themselves. All of the paperwork and permits were obtained promptly and efficiently. They provided expert advice and suggestions regarding the installation. They always do their best to accommodate any request. I am happy to recommend them to family and friends.

Knowledgeable, professional

Reasonable prices and reliable service. JHACS has been servicing the genset since we bought the home in 2008 and was servicing the seller before.

Excellent dealer

They were prompt with their estimate for the job...they got most of the paperwork taken care of quickly and easily - not an easy task with some local village inspectors....they always arrived on time and never inconvenienced us. They completed the job efficiently

Friendly and reliable service

You can count on them to respond quickly and provide professional and pleasant service.

Pleasant Surprise

Every workman that was involved (electricians team, plumber’s team, landscapers, supervisors) was courteous, attentive, and focused at the job at hand. Everything was done tidy and neat, and there was no time wasted and no trails left behind. From Jhacs' stand point, I had no "surprises" - there were no hidden costs or extra work involved, and everything was done as agreed upon. All the paperwork and approvals were in place and the meter upgrade, inspection, and final permit were all arranged. I'm happy I gave the generator mandate to Jhacs to ensure I never lose power again! I highly recommended to friends and family!

Very proefessional

JHACS is thoroughly familiar with this product and maintains my generator in top shape
