WOW, where do we start?!?..We use to have a big generator company service our generator until we started having a issues with it. They quoted us some pricey repair services and that\u2019s when we were referred to call JG-Power. Boyyy, do they know Generac generators! They came out and fixed the issue at a fraction of the other guys! Never again will we be duped into going with a big generator company! They explained the repair work in full detail and we actually felt appreciated and not just a ordinary customer after the service work was done. Saved $$$-WIN! Great dealer who actually knows their stuff-WIN! JG-Power WILL be our new goto Generac dealer to service our generator from here on out! (2 thumbs up)!

So, I live in Wisconsin and did internet search for Seimens generator service. JG Power came up (John). Called the number and left a message regarding generator status (red/yellow light). This kind man returned my call that evening and explained that his business was in upstate NY. So a service call was out of the question. He guided me through the steps to replace the battery which is a common cause for generator failure. Today 4/13/19 I have successfully replaced the battery and have an operational whole house generator. Thank you John. BTW my name is Colin. Pat is my girlfriend whose home I live in. I love her very much and am so pleased when I can assist with these type of maintenance things. So cheers my friend & thank you again!!!!

JG is the best

Can't say enough good about this company. John is totally professional, knowledgeable, and customer focused. He and his electrician completely re-installed our generator with more than 100 ft. of wiring and conduit from the unit to the transfer switch (fixing a totally botched job by another Generac contractor). Now our unit meets code, is safe, and reliable. His attention to detail and doing things right sets JG Power, Inc. apart from the rest. I wholeheartedly recommend JG.

Customer service

I have never met such a wonderful, caring, professional person. I live in Miami, and we are currently awaiting a category 5 hurricane. I was having issues with my home generator, and googled a customer service number. The first number that popped up was John's number. Not knowing that it was a New York number I called and he picked up. When I tell you that he was on the phone with me for nearly 2 hours walking me through the process of repairing my generator. Not to mention my 45 minute trip to Home Depot he stayed on the phone with me as I looked for what I needed. My years of customer service I have never met a person to go beyond his capabilities. Never once even charge me for asked for money. If you want an honest reliable person please check JG power inc.

Great service - excellent workmanship

We recently moved into the Spencerport area. Before I knew about JG I had another firm relocate my generator from our previous home. The job was sub par to say the least. John came right over and got the unit up and running. He also did some repiping - I can't stress enough the great workmanship he provided and what terrific knowlege of the Generac line he has. I would highly recommend JG - Power Inc.

Professional Installation

We called around looking for a professional Generac dealer and found JG-Power to install our automatic standby generator. This was quite the process in the meantime. We had large companies come out and give us inflated quotes, small companies that undercut everyone but didn't offer anything in return, and other companies that undersized the generator in hopes to get our money...Then we found John with JG-Power. He is knowledgeable, trained, experienced, and offers what the big companies offer but for several $100 less. His Install took one day and he was super clean and extremely particular how he installed everything in a perfect manner. When he was done he went over how the basic functions of the generator. We are VERY happy with our Install & our Generac dealer. We will be referring JG-Power to our friends and neighbors.

A+ Customer Service

Great company and VERY knowledgeable of the Generac product! He will talk you through an issue rather than charge you a service call for a simple repair. How many companies do that???? We had an issue with our dead battery and he was able to talk us step by step through the repair to get us back up and running. Keep up the GREAT work!

Did not return calls then when he finally did he would not even come and look at my generator. Said if he was interested in doing service work it would be a couple of weeks before he would even think about it. Don't waste your time.
