Not worth pursuing

Called on a Friday for information and a quote, voice message said "text me for faster response". 6 hours later I get a text, "I'll contact you next week, if that works for you". It is now Thursday of that next week and not a word. I don't know how anyone stays in business with this type of follow through, but I will not be spending any money with this guy. And I will not chase a salesperson!

Great Service

My unit would not start. I contacted Jarrad @ Jenco. He arrived on time and examined the unit and located the problem by process of elimination. He could have replaced several parts (some quite costly) but when he ascertained that a specific part was not the issue he kept searching until he located the culprit replacing only what was needed saving me $$$$. Thank you.I highly recommend Jenco & Jarrad.

Did what several other dealers failed to do

After 6 months of going through several companies who said they could fix the generator but failed to do so, Jared of Jenco had the generator fixed and going in less than an hour. Excellent, excellent service!!

Bloomington Hills fans

We were the 2nd on our street in Bloomington Hills to use this company. They did a top notch job! Trustworthy workers, 100% quality work & equipment, & we are so happy to have an excellent generator that will switch over automatically if our power goes out. We got the dual equipment that uses natural gas, but if that should not be available in an emergency then it also is capable of using propane. Extremely happy with this company!
