This company knows generators! They came when they said and they did followup phone calls. I was very impressed with how they diagnosed the problem (which wasn't an easy one) and quickly fixed it.It is obvious they have repaired many generators and know their stuff inside and out.

When I called to find out what time they were to come over to give us a bid, didn't know why I was calling, and stated they would return my call to reschedule. Day 3 no call back. Would not use a company like this.

Excellent Service

It has been a year since my purchase of my generator. As promised, the professionals at Jenco Generators showed up for their annual service of the machine. I've been very impressed with Jenco from the beginning and would highly recommend them, Our generator has come on several times this year in needed situations without a flaw. Could not be more pleased.

Generator wasn't working properly.

I had an electrical contractor install my generator. The install went well, generator ran for a year or so perfectly, but then I ran into an issue. I called the contractor, but he informed me that he doesn't fix generators, just installs them. He gave me the number to Jenco, and I am so happy he did. They were up here the same day I called them and were able to fix an issue that I wouldn't have figured out in a lifetime of searching. The technicians were very professional and friendly and made sure that we were comfortable with the generator issue being fixed before they left. I highly recommend this company.

Outstanding experience overall

I have dealt with many contractors over many years in multiple states. Jenco is truly among the best. They exemplify outstanding service in every category; knowledge, expertise, professionalism, courtesy, scheduling and follow up. It has truly been a superlative experience dealing with this company.

I have used 2 other dealers who damaged my generator. One dealer admitted after 4 or 5 visits (and several hundred dollars) that he was unable to fix the generator. The other dealer told me I needed a new generator. In just one service call Jenco repaired my generator. They also repaired the damage that the was done by the other dealers in a subsequent visit. Jenco came during a power outage to get my generator up and running. They have also called after each service to be sure I was satisfied with their service and to be sure my generator was working properly. I highly recommend Jenco!
