generator service
They charged an outrageous price for set up and sent out an untrained young man who spent LOTS of time on the phone with a tech at the office. I thought the set up and adjustments would have been part of the purchase price which was pretty exorbitant. This Generac generator was an absolute necessity for my parents to keep the oxygen running during frequent PG&E outages.

Unwilling to work on my generator
Very difficult, and unresponsive. Did not want to work on my generator and gave excuses for not being able to.
