Lifesaver!

We had a situation with our generator and it shut off our complete power. Called Jeffery and he was at our house in less than a half hour (and weekend) knew exactly what the problem was, fixed all power issues and serviced our Generac! We really appreciate his response and knowledge! He is definitely our new electrician !

1st major service.

See below for my gratitude, for Jeffery's emergency visit.Well, PGE came back, shut off the power for the day, and as expected, I reached the recommended fluid/filter service limit.Simple email, to schedule the service (extremely reasonable price), out here in a few days.Jeffery warned me of the signs that the battery was reaching its service life (very similar to car batteries). He promised to respond, if it died prematurely, but we are scheduled for another visit 1 year from now, 4 years from generator installation.I wished the other contractors, plumbers, appliance installers, etc. were even halfway as professional as Vierra Electric.

I extremely rarely give out 5*.

Jeffery understood my physical condition that required near instant diagnosis of my Generic generator.He was here within 40 mins, after his last customer, which he told me, would delay him by that amount of time.

Having Jeffery working on my brand new Generac was just an amazing experience. I had three other Generac dealers try their best to get my unit working but they were sales dealers and not service dealers and could not get it to run more than 30 seconds. Jeffery opened the lid and within 5 minutes had the machine running.
