Horrible run company

Tech that was coming ti my house never informed me that my battery should have been replaced. It was over 5 years old ! Then, I had a pipe that lead right into the generator, which carries the propane, that one day I saw was rusted out so bad, if was falling apart, It was in back of the generator, and I hadn't been back there in several years. The rusting had to be going on for years while their tech was coming two times a year, saying nothing about it. The tech had just been there a mont before. What I saw would have taken at least a year ti get that bad. The tech coming to my house never mentioned it, leaving me tickets saying everything was fine. When I called the owner to my house, he agreed that the tech should have reported it, then said it wasn't their job to fix it. It cost me about $500 to have that pipe replaced. It could have been saved if it was reported when it started to rust out.
