Jct Electric Inc.

Horrible customer service

Very customer unfriendly dealer. I requested a quote via their website, and they called me two weeks later. Then they suggested an appointment one month out, when I was not in town. So they told me they would keep my info on file "in case I changed my mind and wanted to be put on their schedule". Run, don't walk.

Not Reliable - No SHOW!

I called several weeks in advance to get a maintenance agreement on my existing generator. JCT had fairly good reviews. Before getting the maintenance agreement, I wanted to remote monitoring connected so I decided to see if JCT could do the work and how well they performed before getting the maintenance agreement. Unfortunately they didn’t arrive for the scheduled appointment and the Owner refused to call me back. I called 4 times the day of service and one operator told me that the Owner would call me back. PowThis is after getting confirmation from the Owner that they would come out and do the work. Not reliable at all.

Excellent Installation

From the first contact with JCT Electric, they did just what and when they promised. Everyone was very qualified for their job. Could not be happier. Highly, Highly Recommend them for your Generac installation.

JCT Electric

JCT Electric has a great team working for them. The guys were very professional.

Great

On time and reliable, very professional, I would recommend

dealer is o.k

technicians arrived on time, were careful in handling encumbrances. e.g items in the garage in front of the Electric panel,-vehicle parked in driveway etc.explained what they were doing, and although the system is supposed to be automatic-i.e. not requiring any intervention by homeowner, they gave us tips in case of any unforeseen circumstances

Very professional and Knowledgeable

I really appreciate the professionalism and promptness that this company shows. Really enjoyed the staff and service provided by your company. I would like to continue working with your company. Thanks for the great service!

Great COmpany to work with

I purchased a Generac 26Kw whole house generator with installation in September. They came out and reviewed the entire scope of work and worked with me to develop a project scope of work. I then received a professional proposal with all of the documentation and detailed price quotation within a week. I solicitated 3 other quotes all were within $1K of each other except one that must have missed something. Everyone but JCT simply responded with a email quote with varying level o detail. JCT's proposal was detailed and professionally presented in a neat well organized proposal folder. They were also certified at the highest Power-Pro- Premier Generac rating. I was extremely satisfied with the process from initial estimation to project completion. They also worked with my propane supplier to coordinate the installation process. I can not say anything more to express my satisfaction and appreciation with JCT Electric. Thanks, LKM
