Very professional business for sure. My issue is they are one of the highest most pricey dealers installers in the state. Research shows the installation should be about 50% of the cost of the unit. This business charges about 25% more than that. These guys charge over $5000 to install a $6000 unit, and that\u2019s not, including propane hook ups. $5000 for less than 7 hours of work is ridiculous.

JCT Electric has been great to work with. The knowledge about the product/system they were providing was great in being able to make decisions about what equipment to put on our generator. They arrived right at the scheduled time, work effectively and clean all day getting our generator installed, and their communication following up post install has been great. Showed up when expected and finished the setup and installation as planned. Once inspection was completed, quick response to come explain the operation, etc. Within the next week, lost power 3 times for 2-4 hour periods and everything worked as expected. Very pleased so far.

I would not use JCT because they are bait and switched on their proposal. Basically they gave a discount and then retracted discount as I was selecting them for the work. Additionally in the proposal prices JCT would not listen to what I wanted. When I told them I wanted to move 12 circuits and provided a spreadsheet telling them exactly what circuits to move, they totally ignored it and instead wrote a proposal for moving 4 circuits. Crazy, I know. I would avoid at all cost but that is just my opinion.

JCT Electric installed natural gas unit seamlessly; arranged permits, and timely inspections by Town of Cornelius; Energy companies. Explained operation, warranties & on-going service; Customer Service Rep; Sales Rep and crew were terrific. Highly recommend.

I am very happy with the JCT Electric Team. They came in with a very competitive quote on the installation and were extremely thorough in the way they worked. Called & requested service contract for our generac, was told will email it. No response. Went on the website again requested a service contract, again no response. My husband said it\u2019s a good thing, as if they can\u2019t respond to a simple request, then they probably wouldn\u2019t respond if there\u2019s a problem with the generac

Needed service on my generator that was not working. They returned my call quickly, scheduled an appointment and showed up on time when scheduled!!! Turns out my unit was no longer under warranty but they were very fair in their repair price and even waived the service call in lieu of repair. I now have a working generator and they have a loyal customer.!!!!!

They were very accomodating! After a storm, my generator was out... they called me back PROMPTLY, scheduled me immediately and were out here super fast to get me up and running. Very professional, polite, would definitely recommend again. A++
