Fantastic Service

We are very pleased and confident in the quality, knowledge and professionalism that we received from J.C. Electric. From my first initial call, the office staff was friendly, polite and extremely informative; my calls (which were many) were readily answered or returned.When the owner Jerry came to our home to evaluate the work and give us an estimate he was extremely knowledgeable, polite and very patient. He made sure we were in complete understanding, and the estimate was given to us in a timely fashion. The office staff completed all necessary paper work to comply with our town\u2019s regulations.Once the installation began the electrical crew was on time, efficient, courteous and cleaned the area of where the work was being done. All inspections were scheduled for us as well. We can say without hesitation if any electrical work is needed, we know who we would call. In a heartbeat, we would highly recommend J.C. Electric Inc.

Very professional and knowledgable

The owner of the company met with me and took the time to explain the sizes and installation options available. Which made me feel confident when I purchased the 17 K unit. The men who came to do the installation were very neat and organized . They showed up on schedule. Put drop clothes down in my finished basement. After they did the installation they called for the town inspections and stayed on site to meet with the inspectors. They started up the generator and went over in detail the operation and maintenance of the unit. It is running great and I could not be happier.

I had a great experience with this dealer. The guys were very friendly and prompt. Everything ran smoothly from the installation to the final inspections. It was a pleasure to do business with them. Not recommended

Dealer does good enough work, passed inspections with no problems but communication and responsiveness is poor. Called soon after installation with questions about the generator, maintenance scheduling, etc... and never heard back from them. Called several times, waited 8 months before calling back again and finally got to talk to the owner. Not impressed with their professionalism, client relationship skills lacking. If you're looking for support after installation, look elsewhere.
