Professional proposal, excellent implementation.

I just had a 16kW Generac generator installed by JBI. I interviewed six other contractors; JBI's proposal was the most detailed, their presentation very professional; their pricing competitive. They explained thoroughly to me the process of installation. They came when promised. The installing crew was very knowledgeable and good humored. When the job finished the county's electrical inspector told me: "They did a very good job for you".The only snag: after all was finished to perfection, they delayed making the arrangements for the inspection, as they promised they would, so I did them myself; a minor detail considering the magnitude and complexity of the job.

JBI does excellent work

JBI came over to my house for the estimate on a 20KW generator. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I had 3 estimates done and they were the best overall. They thoroughly explained the entire process and assisted wherever possible. A years worth of preventive maintenance was included in the overall price. I would highly recommend their services.

Installation went smoothly, they are very responsive to questions and problems

Even though the generator was back-ordered and so installation was delayed, once it came, everything went like clockwork. Staff were very efficient and neat. When I had problems, even once when they were caused by my inexperience, Hal has been extremely friendly, helpful, and efficient. The only time it has taken him more time to respond than we would have liked, it was because he was already responding to an emergency elsewhere. Highly recommended.
