From start to finish, the team at JBI was on top of things. They handled the permits, the gas meter updated, and of course the installation. They showed up early on the day of installation, and finished ahead of schedule. The team that was here was friendly and efficient. They kept us informed throughout the day, and everything took less time than expected. For anyone considering purchasing and installing a generator, this is the company to use.

Professional Installation

JBI Services recently installed our 24kW generator efficiently and quite superbly! There was minimal disruption, good cooperation and we were kept well informed of the work being performed. They continue to amaze me!

My relationship with JBI Services started in 2016 with a standby generator installation. The company has been the sole provider of preventive maintenance, a few wear-and-tear repairs, and any necessary component upgrades. Most recently, during a PM visit, we noticed rusting along the natural gas line feeding the generator. So I asked half-jokingly, \u201cIs that something JBI can resolve?\u201d, and was somewhat surprised but mostly jubilant when Ian said JBI can take care of that for me. The fee was reasonable, but more importantly, the work was superior! It takes a huge weight off me knowing I have a proficient and reliable service provider for this core infrastructure system.

Whole House Backup Generator Installation

I used JBI for home generator installation. I was pleased with their workmanship and follow-up in this very complex installation involving transfer switch, Generac whole house back-up generator, gas lines, electric lines and electric panel work, managing supply-chain backlogs as well as interfacing with my local utility and county permit office. The installation was not without problems, but JBI made sure that everything came together correctly. The problems we had were not of their making. They could have dropped the ball and left me alone to deal with technical issues. Instead, they stood by me to assure that the job was done right.
