Missing in Action

James Brunner did an excellent job helping us to select and install the appropriate Generac whole house generator for us. We had no problems scheduling annual service calls until last year. At that time, we couldn't obtain service until we were relayed our concern that the generator wasn't working properly. This year nobody had the curtesy to return phone calls or emails regarding our annual service call, despite the fact that our generator ran 5 days in a row during a long-term power outage. After a month, we gave up and called someone else. I know this is a part-time business, but our concern is that should we experience an emergency at a future date, nobody would ever return our calls or bother to show up.

Lack of responsiveness

Contact them for a simple annual service call. After waiting 2 & 1/2 months I gave up and contacted someone else. I learned that this is not a full-time operation - part-time deal; therefore, limited time available for customers.Real concern is IF I had a problem and needed quick/fast service - very unsure that i would get timely service.. Real problem in a blackout situation in my opinion.

Outstanding service

Jim Brunner and his dad are reliable, professional, and highly skilled. When we had a problem, they came to our house and diagnosed the problem immediately. Then within 24 hrs, he contacted generac for us and made sure that everything necessary was done to get us up and running. I strongly recommend the brunners for any service on generac generators .
