Totally unprofessional

I reached James to quote for new install. He asked me to send and email request. I did not hear back from him for 10 day. When I called back to see when he could visit my home for inspection and to give a quote. He immediately started screaming at me over the phone barely short of cursing at me. I suggest no one use his services as I have never seen such unprofessional and rude person towards a potential customer for new business.

Very thorough when servicing.Tremendous knowledge and experience with the product...Very responsive whenever I've had a problem.Hard to imagine anyone who could do better.

Great job and a fast response

James came out with no notice and helped me when I was without power. He was able to trouble shoot and repair my generator quickly and have me back up and running in no time.
