Promised to do maintenance for months
I called this dealer in September to do maintenance on a home standby generator. He said he would schedule me and get back to me with the date. He never got back to me. Went through the same deal again in October, November and December. I finally texted him to say I was done and found service from a different authorized dealer. Then he wanted to send someone out to my home that day. I declined.
