Poor service
Taking generator month ago. Still not fixed. Need hire and train more people.

GREAT TO WORK WITH
IT WAS TIME TO HAVE A GENERATOR INSTALLED AT MY HOUSE. WE GOT IN TOUCH WITH JACKYS LAWN AND LUBE TO HELP US OUT. WE HAD TO HAVE A NEW POWER POLE AND SERVICE INSTALLED. JACKY WORKED WITH OUR LOCAL ELECTRICAL COOP TO GET ALL OF THIS DONE FOR US. ONCE THIS WAS COMPLETE HIS CREW WAS HERE THE NEXT DAY AND INSTALLED OUR GENERATOR SYSTEM. LOOKS GREAT, A GOOD GROUP TO WORK WITH.

Immediately Solved My Problems
We had purchase a home standby generator online and didn't know we needed to purchase an automatic transfer switch. My neighbor was trying to help hook it up as I am disabled and we thought the generator just didn't work. I called Jackie's Lawn and Lube to discuss the issues. He came right out and then informed me that the online store was really wrong and I needed the switch and generator. He went and got the 200amp switch and I was up and running. It just goes to show how important it is to get the certified authorized professional to do this type of work and understand when you think you save $ online..you really did not!
