Great experience from start to finish. All employees were very knowledgeable, prompt and attentive to our needs. I would highly recommend this dealer for all Generac related services and installation.

We just had our generator installed this week. The crew worked all day Monday and Tuesday and then the lead installer (Garrett) came back today (Thursday) to do a final walk through and get us set up on Mobile Link. Everything they did was first class. A special platform had to be constructed for our generator and the crew did a really nice job on it. All parts of the installation are neat and well done. The crew was knowledgeable, professional and always friendly. I would recommend Jackson Superior Electric Company to anyone that wants a generator.

From the beginning, this dealer let me know what each step in their process would be. And each step was done on time and within the goals they set for the time for each step. They always called and verified the time of their arrival and what I needed to be prepared for. As the other reviewer mentioned in their review, I also had a problem with the line installation and they were my advocate for correcting the problem. And it was completed before the first winter storm. Yeah!!!

Was prompt, curious, and answered all my questions as well as explained things I hadn't thought off. Made suggestions with reasons to support them and let me make my decisions. When the gas line installers messed up their installation he worked with them to get it right, so that when the job was finished it worked and looked great. Old time type service, what more could you ask for.
