    Wrong Date and No Show

    Called for service on Monday and they said they would be out on Wednesday. Wednesday came and no one arrived. Called office and they said, "We scheduled you for next Wednesday." (None of that information was conveyed to us, as evidenced by the email copies we have of our conversations!)

    Mr. Holmes company was very professional, polite, and answered all my questions.They came and installed my generator on the day they said they would. Explained the operations clearly. I was very impressed with his company. I would highly recommend them.
