Five stars are not enough to rate Jesse. In the professional world, he is as good as they get. Highly skilled, knowledgeable, meticulous, reliable, motivated, are some of the words I would use to describe his work and approach.I got the best of the best and am VERY happy with the results.

DON'T GO WITH J-TECH

Ordered my unit 6 months ago. J-Tech then decided to back out of job because it was not "their priority". Jesse is rude and has no client service skills.

Although I did my homework in finding the right standby generator, I was more worried about finding the right person to do the installation. Once I found J-Tech Solutions, I knew I found the right man for the job. J-Tech handled every aspect of the project, all the while keeping me up to date on the progress. No surprises, no worries. Work was carried out professionally, efficiently, cleanly and with a smile. Great product and great salesperson

We purchased a generator from Jesse Gaffga, a Generac representative out on the north fork of Long Island. Coming from an apartment, I had no knowledge of generators. Thankfully, Mr. Gaffga is not only extremelly knowledgable, but more than extremely patient and clear. He explained my choices, and the reasons for each, did an excellent installation job and is always available to me with answers to my questions. I rate him, and the product, as outstanding.

Dealer is very Professional

Installing a generator with automatic backup is the best "insurance policy" against outages. Not to say it was used yet, but in the last two Nor' Easter storms with numerous outages all around our house, knowing the generator was there and ready to go was very comforting, even when the utility power flickered a few times. Highly recommend getting one installed, and if you live on Long Island use this dealer! He is the best, right on time, and very professional.
