Good service

I've had my generator for a month. My installation experience was awesome. All the technicians were very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. My generator has had a couple of red lights, but the technician named Beau has been very prompt correcting the problem.

Almost Maintenance Free

I purchased a home stand by generac almost two months ago and feel at ease with hurricane season approaching. J & M service techs/installers explained everything and provided great support with all my questions. I felt confident in my decision and with their professionalism and expert knowledge.

Above and Beyond Service

Installation was completed by J&M about 3 weeks ago. We are very happy with the sales and office staff as well as the installation crew! We feel like we made the right choice with J&M after another top rated local dealer left us hanging a bit. J&M even went above and beyond going straight to the propane company repeatedly to make sure we (along with 2 other new installs) got service that had been delayed for weeks. They helped us get propane right before a major storm - and we are SO THANKFUL. We won’t forget this type of service. Jason, Jess and the crew that did the install have been awesome. Flawless Installation

We are so happy that we went with J & M Electrical Services to intall our Generac standby generator. We had three estimates, and J & M was the most personable and professional company by far to give us the estimate. They were not the cheapest, they were not the most expensive, they were just right in the middle. The installation was FLAWLESS, everybody on the team worked well together, and they were professional and careful with our property. They explained all about the generator before they left. It was installed about 3 weeks ago, and we haven't had to use it yet, but the peace of mind this gave us is immeasurable. We had friends who did not listen to us, and went with another company, and their installation of a standby Generac generator was not so flawless. It matters quite a bit in what company you choose for installation.
