I was so impressed with the quality of work and service I received, that I opted for the installation of a Generac standby generator that J&M Electrical installs and services. My neighbor was so taken by what good things I had to say about J&M Electrical, that they had a standby generator installed as well!Thank you

Very Professional Organization

J & M Electrical Services did everything they promised at the time that they promised. Their crew worked very efficiently together - it was obvious that they knew what to do & how to do it. There was nothing overlooked; the County inspections went very well. We now have an attractive 24KW ready to serve when electrical power fails.

Excellent Service

J&M Electrical Services kept to the agreed installation date and time. There were 3 techs and each performed a specific job. Installation was especially clean and well done. Power was off for only 2 hours. The office staff can answer most questions and actually answer the phone, unusual for today's business affairs. Highly recommended, especially since Jason personally comes to evaluate each job. Jason, husband to Marcie, (J&M) left a 7 page estimate listing all details. This is not a job for a "handyman" with no Generac affiliation.

J&M Electrical Services was excellent to work with. We installed a whole house generator which is a very large investment. We also did it during the COVID-19 crisis, and despite that, we had ours installed without a hitch. They were great to work with and would totally recommend them to others.

J&M installed my generator today and it was nothing but great. The individuals that came out were professional, considerate, polite, very knowledgeable and quick. The Salesperson was great, the office workers are great, nothing but a very satisfactory experience. I recommend them to anyone.
