My husband and I are extremely pleased that we chose Generator Supercenter for the purchase of our generator. Their team was knowledgeable, keep us abreast of project's progress; courteous, and kept the project on track so that we now have peace of mind knowing that we are covered in the event of a power outage. My husband is on oxygen 24/7 so having a generator provides the comfort we need to keep him on oxygen. We highly recommend Generator Supercenter and their outstanding staff.

John was super responsive. He was quick to provide a thorough proposal. I sent a deposit and didn't hear back from him.For months I tried contacting John - leaving messages and sending emails... nothing.Finally he tells me my Generac was delivered to the wrong place and he was trying to find out where. Never found it. John said he'd just order another one. It too never came.After attempting to get my money back for months and months, I finally contacted Generac for assistance. Customer service was great and contacted John who stated he'd send a check back. Sure enough a week later I received a check. What I really wanted was my generator.

Horrible response time

Dealer made 2 appt to come and service my generator. Didn't keep either appt and didn't even call to rrscrdule. Also didn't answer my calls requesting updates.

After trying several other dealers who did not fix my generator, they knew exactly what the problem was and had it fixed within 20 minutes. They were great!

Bob took care of everything(gas hook-up,pad) and did a clean sanitary job at the best price I could find.

I had John and Jason install my new Generac Generator for my home. They did an excellent job. They are professional and friendly and do it right the first time. I would use them again and call them for service in the future.

Hunter Electric did an outstanding job installing my new generator. They paid attention to detail and did a very clean and professional job. Looks as if the generator was installed when the house was built. True craftsmen and an eye for detail. Fair price and friendly crew did a great job. In this day of poor workmanship, I was very pleasantly surprised at how professional JC Hunter was. He showed up when he said he would, he wasn't hungover as many of the contractors we've dealt with were, he did the job flawlessly the first time, and he even called back during a bad storm to check if everything was working properly. The first time I called Hunter Electric was to fix a bad repair job by a competitor in Lake Arrowhead. He identified the problem quickly and initiated the repairs and then explained the mistakes that were made by the previous repair company. We have had no problems since.

All I can say is if you want the BEST job and PEACE of mind that the job is done "RIGHT" you need to call J.C. Hunter Electric for all your generator repairs. I first had someone who was "NOT" a Authorized Service Technician and that was a big mistake, the person who came out first cause me further damage to my generator by not knowing my system like a authorized service technician like John and his son from J.C. Hunter. John told me step by step what happen to my system and what needed to be done to fix it, and he did. It was not a guessing game like the unauthorized repair man. Fair pricing, showed when he said and repaired it when he said he would, what more could you ask for. Thank you John and Son for caring about what you do, it shows. Dolores
