Emergency repair
We have a New 16kw that was installed by a local dealer it does not do technician work. We were referred to them to do the warrantee work, when you called I meant to come out and then never showed. When calling them back it took several days for them to get back to me and I was told we\u2019re not doing any more new customers. These people should be taken off of your 24 hour repair company List. Very disappointing.
