Not reliable
They agreed to perform scheduled periodic maintenance. When I realized that I had not received any bills, I called the company and spoke with his wife. I expected to see him within one or two weeks, but he never came and I received no explanation. I was surprised, as he had been very pleasant on his initial visit to install and a subsequent visit when someone poured a significant amount of oil in the generator. He was paid promptly each time that he did come.
