Buyer beware

The owner Joseph has the worst customer service I have ever seen. He cares more about what he wrote on paper then what he promised in the install and now refuses to even have a conversation. I paid a lot of money to go with him and now I am concerned that if I ever have an issue I will never get things covered under warranty because he will probably never answer the phone. Worst mistake I made hiring this company. Didn't pull permits when he said he did, but did it 3 weeks later. Won't stand by his word. Just an awful experience. Buyer beware
