From start to finish, the project could not have possibly been better. All the details were precise. I can be kind of picky. I am also very knowledgeable about electrical work. I had done a fair amount of research on generators before getting any estimates. Dealing with GeneratorSupercenter of Upstate NY was a great experience. I am so happy to have the peace of mind that my family will have power when they need it.

From the beginning every person we had any type of interaction with was very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and professional.  We are very pleased & the unit has already done it's first self test and everything went as it was supposed to.  These guys are very thorough from the beginning of the install until the end.  The crew cleaned everything up nicely after they finished the job and we couldn\u2019t be happier!

Extremely Profesional

My wife and I recently had a 24kW generator installed and the team that were here Anthony Kimber, Alex And Chris were extremely professional and knowledgeable about the installation process and the generator that they were installing, The were very hard working and did not stop once from the time they were here at 8:00 A.M. till they completed the job, When they finished Chris stayed to go over all the procedures, walk-through to familiarize me with all of the components along with going over the owner\u2019s manual and associated paperwork along with helping us to set up the app for the Generator. we were extremely impressed with the people and the process!\u201d, I would and will highly recommend I.P.S.I to anyone who is thinking about having a Generator installed

Very Impressed

We were impressed throughout the entire process. Everyone knew what they were doing and they were all friendly, professional and courteous. Mike and the installation team kept things clean and removed any debris. You'd never know that the generator hadn't been sitting there for years, they were very conscious of our property. They were concerned about our satisfaction and Mike walked us through the system and explained everything we might need to know after the install. Terry, who came to the house initially, was very patient and answered all our questions during the sales/bid meeting. There was no "hard sell". Terry kept us appraised throughout the permit/planning stage. We are very glad we picked IPSI. We were pleasantly surprised that every interaction; sales, office, permits, certifications and installation was prompt and professional. This company truly believes in Customer Service and everyone really seemed to enjoy their job! How refreshing! The bonus is, the company is local and Veteran owned.

Customer Focused

From the first phone call with Kristin, I knew this company was customer focused. I explained to her that we had lost power six times in a month and that I had a medically fragile daughter. We really needed a generator installed, but I was nervous because of covid. She went above and beyond to put a plan in place that made me feel comfortable. Terry the sales manager did everything without coming in the house. He too went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Even made sure the guys installing knew about my daughter and how nervous I was. Then the install. The guys were great. They were knowledgeable, efficient and very thoughtful of my daughter. IPSI was recommend to us by our good friends and we would highly recommend them to anyone needing a generator. This company simple rocks and as my daughter said they are awesome. Thank you IPSI for making this process a easy one in a time when life can be hard.

I would recommend this company 100%. Their prices are lower than competitors. They had great financing. The company president came to our home and explained everything about the product. The workers arrived on time. They were friendly and professional. Work was completed to our satisfaction. They even got our permit and contacted the gas company.We are very satisfied.

Great Value!!!

IPSI had lower prices than their competitors for better value. Their service was top notch throughout the entire process., from sales through installation. All of their people where very polite and answered all questions. They walked me through , in great detail ,the entire installation process. the thing I was impressed with was in their transparency to all extra costs such as RG&E for replacing the gas meter. I would highly recommend Integrated Power Supplies International.

Excellent repair job

Technician quickly diagnosed the problem as a failure in the battery warmer that caused the contents of the battery to empty into the battery compartment of the unit. Very messy! Tech removed battery, and warmer, cleaned area completely and installed new warmer unit and battery. He went to the basement and checked fuses. All three were blown! Replaced them and checked entire system and all was running fine. Since our Generac wasn't even 3 yrs old he contacted the office and there was NO CHARGE for anything! Happy me! - Tom
