IHS did a magnificent job. The sales process was easy and informative. Jason patiently explained the options, installation procedures and financing available, The only downside was the lead time for delivery due to supply chain issues. Fortunately the generator arrived two months early.

We recently finished a purchase/installation of a 16kw generator that began on 02/28/21 and finished at the end of July. The wait was unavoidable, due to global supply chain issues with e-the equipment. It was well worth the wait. We are very pleased with the finished installation. At all levels the the expertise and professionalism of IHS shown through during the process. IHS is fully integrated in it's installation Team, meaning everyone from Sales, to the Electrician to the Plumbers all work for them. The know the Generac product inside and out. When the equipment finally arrived, the installation process went smoothly. The quality of the finished install is excellent. We were very please with the quality of the work. Everyone we dealt with, was courteous and professional and clearly knew what they were doing. We would highly recommend working with the folks at IHS fi you're looking to purchase/install any of the Generac generator line.

In spite of a pandemic, horrible weather and supply chain disruptions, Clay Carver and his team managed to install our back-up generator as quickly as he could. This was a mission-critical item for us, as we have a family member dependent on an oxygen concentrator and spare oxygen tanks are in short supply. The generator has already been activated 3 times. One could not ask for better customer service! Thank you!

The dealer was professional, friendly and customer oriented. They went out of their way to make sure we were minimally inconveienced. Also, tbey took time to make sure we understood how the system worked.
