The most honest and courteous, and professional in the business. I cannot say enough, I can call anytime with a question about my generator and Bobby will take time and explain and even come out and walk through what I thought was a problem and make sure that you understand everything about the equipment. Others may be listed first but that does not make them the best for the job or service after the sale.

Integrated Electrical Contractors is definitely the ABSOLUTE BEST when it comes to generator service or repairs. They service their customers in a timely manner with professionalism, accuracy & honesty!! We have dealt with other generator contractors that wouldn't even respond to a service call, but called Integrated Electrical Contractors & they showed up in about 15-20 min. working on our generator in the pouring snow!!! It hard to find an honest business that actually puts their customers first & makes sure the job is completed/fixed 110%, but Integrated Electrical Contractors is one of those businesses & if they work on your generator, you have the peace of mind & satisfaction of knowing that it's fixed to perfection & not just fixed by slapping a band-aid on it --- IT'S FIXED COMPLETELY!! I've never dealt with an such honest, caring & professional business as what Integrated Electrical Contractors represent & they have definitely given us the "cadillac" of service by digging deep & helping us get our generator fixed & running when others ignored our plea for help & blamed the problem on everything but the generator (which was the problem), because the motor had blown up but other contractors that checked it, didn't notice it had blown up & blamed it on a fuel installation which wasn't the problem at all. If it hadn't been for the determination & expertise of Integrated Electrical Contractors, we'd still be sitting here with a dead generator in our yard & with my husband being seriously ill, the situation of being without power, heat, etc., is unthinkable, but because of Integrated Electrical, when our power went out last night 1/16/22, our generator came on just like it should & we had heat, lights & I was able to care for my husband, otherwise, we would have been sitting a dark & cold house, so how can you put a price on that type of service ------you can't, because it was because of Integrated Electrical that we were warm & I was able to care for my husband. All I can say, is I owe such a peace of mind & satisfaction to Integrated Electrical Contractors for being so kind, helpful & determined to get our generator fixed & running so we can be safe in our own home, otherwise, the generator would have become a lawn ornament becoming a piece of junk. Take the advice from someone who knows about Integrated Electrical - if you want a generator, need one fixed completely 100%, I HIGHLY recommend Integrated Electrical Contractors -----ABSOLUTELY THE BEST IN GENERATOR SERVICE!!!!!!

Fantastic Service

I would Highly recommend Bobby Layman and his company Integrated Electrical Contracting, LLC. After numerous attempts and try\u2019s with another Generac Company to get my Home Standby generator fixed, We contacted Generac and they put us in contacted with Bobby he came right out and had us up and running in less than an hour. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and customer service oriented. I could tell within minutes of talking to him and watching him work he knew what he was doing. Highly recommend this company !!

Fantastic company

We contacted Bobby Layman from Integrated Electrical Contractors to see about installing a 22kw Generac generator for our home. He was very helpful, informative and reasonably priced for the job. Within three weeks of contacting them he and his co worker Mike came and installed our generator. They were very professional, answered all our questions and did an outstanding job on the installation. We are also able to contact him directly for any future questions or concerns. I highly recommend them for your next job.

Super nice and friendly. Very knowledgeable.My generator was installed sooner than expected. I feel that the price was reasonable and what I expected. Bobby explained everything. I texted him often with questions. He responded right away. I could not be more pleased. They did a great job. When he was done, I felt more like a friend than a customer. I really just can not say enough nice things about them. If I could give them more that 5 stars, I would.

Great in an emegrency.

Integrated Electrical Contractors was quickly able to set my house up with emergency power during an outage. They were a godsend that helped keep my Mom's heart monitor running. They were even able to install a permanent generator within a day after calling them.

Highest Level Service

Bobby (the owner of Integrated) led my install. I have a 4200 Sq ft house and he assisted in selection of appropriate generator all they way through completion of the install. Even had to manage my gas pressure since it was way to high coming in from the supply. Simply put, from start to finish the job was done perfectly and the generator works flawlessly. After being without power from storms and Ice , no longer have to worry about that anymore!
