Integrated Electrical Contract LLC

Worked great

I bought my Generator not long ago and already had to use it . It worked great with no issues at all. Bobby did a great job installing it and very friendly and I would recommend them to anyone interested in buying one.

Awesome Company

Integrated Electrical Contracting LLC was great to work with Bobby and his guys were very professional and knowledgeable in all aspects Adam came out gave us an estimate answered all our questions throughly and explained the sizing of the generator and the whole installation process and told us the owner of the company would be here during the whole installation this really impressed us that the owner not only oversees everything but works to make sure everything is perfect along with his helpers Josh and Mike they were all so nice and very neat and clean with their installation. We are so very pleased we chose this company and now have piece of mind when the power goes out. I Highly recommend them to anyone considering a Generac generator.

Super support

Super trustworthy and knowledge based. Feeling much safer with the all house backup already.

A great business to work with!

Integrated Electrical Contracting was impressive. They were very reasonably priced. They worked with us until they identified the issue with our generac. They were professional and kind and we will be using their services again as needed.

Very capable pros

They got us up and running as soon as they were able to obtain the necessary part. Unlike some other dealers we contacted, they were willing to come the 45 miles or so to perform a warranty repair. We are grateful!

Outstanding!

Bobby and his team are great! They are professional, responsive, and honor commitments. The team installed my new generator in early August 2023. I now have peace of mind!

Awesome Service

This dealer was great and paid attention to every detail and the installation from start to finish. Very good workmanship and very neat. They answered all our questions and took the time to walk us through the operation of the generator. Bobby and his guys were very professional I would recommend them to anyone considering a generator installation.

Outstanding!

Big shout out , Unlike others that sell and disappear when you need them, he came out when my unit quit working, put a new starter on and serviced. Got me fixed, Very professional . If you are thinking about having one installed, give him a call. He will be there should you have trouble,

Best in the business!!!!

If your looking for an honest, best prices, and the absolute best customer service even after hours please don’t waste your time anywhere else and make one phone call to Bobby and the guys at Integrated. The most honest and courteous, and professional in the business. I cannot say enough, I can call anytime with a question about my generator and Bobby will take time and explain and even come out and walk through what I thought was a problem and make sure that you understand everything about the equipment. Others may be listed first but that does not make them the best for the job or service after the sale.

Integrated Electrical Contractors

Integrated Electrical Contractors is definitely the ABSOLUTE BEST when it comes to generator service or repairs. They service their customers in a timely manner with professionalism, accuracy & honesty!! We have dealt with other generator contractors that wouldn't even respond to a service call, but called Integrated Electrical Contractors & they showed up in about 15-20 min. working on our generator in the pouring snow!!! It hard to find an honest business that actually puts their customers first & makes sure the job is completed/fixed 110%, but Integrated Electrical Contractors is one of those businesses & if they work on your generator, you have the peace of mind & satisfaction of knowing that it's fixed to perfection & not just fixed by slapping a band-aid on it --- IT'S FIXED COMPLETELY!! I've never dealt with an such honest, caring & professional business as what Integrated Electrical Contractors represent & they have definitely given us the "cadillac" of service by digging deep & helping us get our generator fixed & running when others ignored our plea for help & blamed the problem on everything but the generator (which was the problem), because the motor had blown up but other contractors that checked it, didn't notice it had blown up & blamed it on a fuel installation which wasn't the problem at all. If it hadn't been for the determination & expertise of Integrated Electrical Contractors, we'd still be sitting here with a dead generator in our yard & with my husband being seriously ill, the situation of being without power, heat, etc., is unthinkable, but because of Integrated Electrical, when our power went out last night 1/16/22, our generator came on just like it should & we had heat, lights & I was able to care for my husband, otherwise, we would have been sitting a dark & cold house, so how can you put a price on that type of service ------you can't, because it was because of Integrated Electrical that we were warm & I was able to care for my husband. All I can say, is I owe such a peace of mind & satisfaction to Integrated Electrical Contractors for being so kind, helpful & determined to get our generator fixed & running so we can be safe in our own home, otherwise, the generator would have become a lawn ornament becoming a piece of junk. Take the advice from someone who knows about Integrated Electrical - if you want a generator, need one fixed completely 100%, I HIGHLY recommend Integrated Electrical Contractors -----ABSOLUTELY THE BEST IN GENERATOR SERVICE!!!!!!
